- Complete the reservation by entering your information i.e., name, address phone #, CC info.
Please email David Walkup at [email protected] the name the on the reservation as well the conformation # and the tax-exempt document. (This document should have the Schools / School district name listed it as well as the FEI#). Once received, the reservation will be updated to be tax exempt, followed by an email notification. If the tax-exempt document does not have the FEI# on the document, the reservation cannot be changed and will be charged tax.
